REFUND POLICY

1. Final Sale Policy

Due to the nature of our digital program and the immediate or scheduled delivery of content, all purchases are final. By purchasing Energy of Realization, you agree to the following:

  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once access has been granted or reserved.
  • This applies to all membership levels: Premium, Silver, and Gold.
  • This applies whether you complete the program or not.

2. Digital Content Waiver

Under European Union consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU & BGB §356 Abs. 5), you are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal only if digital content has not yet been accessed or downloaded. In alignment with these laws, you are asked at checkout to:

  • Consent to immediate or scheduled delivery,
  • Acknowledge that this waives your right to withdrawal.

Once this consent is given, your refund right is legally void.

3. Evergreen Program Access

If you purchase the program via evergreen access, you will immediately receive:

  • Full or partial content inside the online portal
  • Downloadable meditations
  • Onboarding guidance
  • Community group links (if included)

This constitutes immediate digital access, and no refund is permitted once delivery begins.

4. Time-Based Program Access

If you purchase the program during a pre-launch period for a scheduled start date (e.g., August 8, 2025), you may still receive:

  • Pre-start orientation materials
  • Downloadable celebration meditation
  • Access to the community chat

This constitutes partial program delivery, which begins the contract. As such, you also waive your 14-day refund right under EU law upon purchase.

5. Payment Plan Commitments

If you choose a monthly installment plan, you agree to complete the full payment obligation regardless of participation or completion. This is a binding financial agreement. Missed payments may result in access suspension until the balance is settled.

6. Exceptions

We do not offer exceptions due to:

  • Personal scheduling conflicts
  • Non-participation or inactivity
  • Change of personal goals or financial situation
